BiographyAlice Zigal Sulik, 92, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2010 at her home in Manchaca, Texas. Prior to moving to the Austin area, Alice lived in Houston for 63 years. She and her husband were founding members of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in the Garden Oaks area. She was a housewife and mother, Cub Scout leader, Girl Scout leader, altar society member from 1943 to 1968 until she opened her own florist shop, Flowertime Florist in 1968. She finally sold the shop after 36 years and retired in 2004.
