Biography

Mrs. Diana Kay Wellmann, 57, of Brenham, Texas (formerly of Houston, Texas) passed away on Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010 in Houston.

Diana was born in Houston on July 21, 1952, the daughter of Howard M. (deceased) and Alice Agnes (Havlik) Wisley who survives her of Houston.

Diana loved going to the beach, dancing, playing cards and dominos, spending time with her horses, and most importantly was her family.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Wellmann of 35 years,daughter Misty Dominey of Fayetteville, son Timothy Wellmann of Brenham, and daughter Samantha Wellmann of Houston, and her mother Alice Wisley. She is also survived by her sister Alice Faye Wisley of Houston and 5 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father Howard Wisley, sister Loretta Ruffin, two brothers Kenneth and Ricky Wisley, and her father-in-law Harry Wellmann.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 6th at 11:00 A.M. at Koenig & Strickland Knesek Chapel in Fayetteville, Texas with Charles Neely officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Halamicek Cemetery, c/o Koenig & Strickland Funeral Home, 208 W. Pearl St., La Grange, TX 78945.
